Well guys. Just like the last 2 Failed Attempts at to venture to St.Louis, this one failed as well. Except it was my money, and greyhound ate it. I just want to expose the ignorance this company possesses.
1. If you don't have a phone. You can forget about Customer Service. IT takes them 5 days and a phone call from a family member before responding. Not to mention i've sent about 11 e-mails to them over the course of the past 2 weeks and gotten only 1 repsonse back after they told me to get back into contact at the end of the week if i haven't received my tickets. Well. No response since monday. Go figure.
2. If the person calling on behalf of you constantly assures you that the traveler with the complaint/issue cannot call. Don't keep suggesting that he/she call. If that was a option, I WOULD BE TALKING TO YOU...
3. The customers are treated like garbage because it's the cheapest nationwide transportation and only bus company that offers nationwide coverage. They could fuck up all they want and it wouldn't affect them because we'd have to keep coming back.
With all that said and possibly 168 rare dollars gone. I don't know what to do anymore at this point. Is all this stress and shit really worth it anymore? It's getting hot and almost summer time. This is the absolute worst time of the year for anything to sour to happen. If you haven't guessed or know me. I loathe the heat more than anything. Couple that with anxiety, stress and anger and you get a walking atom bomb. We'll see what the next few weeks have to offer before i think rational as i'm moving to Dover unfortunately and away from any significant public transportation.
See with here in the DMV area, i can take the bus to the metro and literally ride it to the greyhound station, airport or whatever. I don't even have to walk no more than 400 steps because everything is so connected. In Dover, i highly doubt there is such system and if the greyhound station is far outside walking distance or if any buses even remotely go there, the relationship is indefinitely over.
Just have to wait and see.
on a more positive note, I'm faster than ever in LFS, started my own subsection in the clan i'm in (28 Rounds Later). It deals primarily in LFS and with driving skills and good leadership skills (when i feel like it) i feel that i can help 28 Rounds Later prosper.
